The GRP stair tread covers the entire surface of the tread and wraps over the front of the riser. The stair tread should be specified for high traffic routes, stairs within facilities where the slip hazard could be considered higher than usual (i.e. food factories) or where individuals with reduced mobility will be using the stairs (i.e. hospitals and care homes) The stair tread covers are available in a solid colour or with a high visibility leading edge in a contrasting colour.
