Ecotile
moulded gratings combine fibreglass rovings with thermosetting resin
to form a strong one-piece panel. Our moulded gratings are proven
to withstand the effects of corrosion and are highly impact resistant.
Due to the wide variety of applications for GRP gratings we manufacture
a range of different sizes and resin systems.
Type O: Orthophtalic polyester resin
for applications where outstanding chemical resistance is not required.
Fire retardant.
Type I: Isophtalic polyester resin
for use in industrial and chemical applications where corrosion resistance
is important. Fire retardant.
Type V: Vinylester resin providing
reliable performance in highly corrosive environments ranging from
caustic to acidic. Fire retardant.
